01

The journey

Kansas City roots.
A player’s perspective.

Kareem Rush grew up in Kansas City, became a University of Missouri Hall of Famer, and was selected in the first round of the NBA Draft. He founded Rush Basketball Academy to bring that experience into purposeful player development.

Kareem leads the Academy’s private training, Rush 8 small groups, and recurring athlete development. His work centers on the skills, details, and decisions that help athletes grow.

02

The Academy approach

Intentional work.
Individual growth.

Every athlete arrives with a different game. The goal is to understand it, build on it, and create a clear direction for the work ahead. This is not simply a workout. It is a development system.

A family connection to the game

The Rush Brothers.
